Coordinates community consultation and awareness activities around field survey sites.

Supervises inventory teams conducting plot measurement across the northern survey districts.

Manages project reporting, results tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Develops and validates allometric models used to convert field measurements into carbon stock estimates.

Coordinates field survey teams, plot design, and data quality assurance across all districts.

Oversees satellite image processing, spatial analysis, and GIS layer production for the carbon stock maps.

Leads day-to-day project implementation, technical quality assurance, and coordination with development partners.

Provides overall policy direction and inter-ministerial coordination for the national REDD+ readiness program.
